purpose of this benefit is to provide the availability of

TASMEA offers a choice of PPO (preferred provider organization),
POS (point of service) or HMO (health maintenance organization)
depending on office assignment, that allows employees to choose
the level of service and care that best fits their individual
and family needs.
Dental Insurance.
TASMEA offers a Dental Discount plan which allows employees
the freedom to choose from dentists with in the provider network
or outside of the provider network while maintaining the same
level of coverage.

Flexible Spending Accounts.
TASMEA’S Flexible Spending Accounts provide
the employee with the option of allotting portions of their

will offer a voluntary 401K retirement savings plan and an
